High School Halloween Extravaganza: A Tapestry of Costumes and Emotions

Halloween descended upon the high school, captivating several hundred students and staff in a whirlwind of costumes and celebration.
To uncover the myriad emotions and motivations behind this spirited dressing-up tradition, we posed four insightful questions: those being, 1. How do you feel about dressing up? 2. What are you dressed up as today? 3. How do you feel about Halloween? 4. Why didn't you dress up?
Jason Cervantes answered, “It was too expensive.“ Furthermore, we talked to Jesus Garcia. who brought the car dealership's inflatable figure to life. He expressed his enjoyment, "It was pretty fun; I don't usually dress up like that, but it was pretty fun.” and eagerly anticipated a fantastic Halloween.

Homecoming PowderPuff - A Big Win for Junior Class

On Wednesday, October 4th, four incredible games took place for Homecoming Powderpuff.

The first two games took place during the end of the school day.
First being the Senior and Sophomore game. It was a close game and the Sophomores took the winning point near the end of the game with a score of 2-3. The first touchdown of Powderpuff coming from Senior Yessenia M.
The second game began with the Juniors against the Freshmen. A complete wipeout with Juniors taking a 4-1 win against the Freshmen. Junior Dayannara N. played as a runnerback for the Juniors. She acknowledged Athena H. as an MVP with her incredible plays and the entire team being very aggressive on the field. With that, the games of the school day concluded and the second two games would play later that night on the field.

Le Grand High School Boys Volleyball: A Day of Triumph and Upsets

Le Grand High School recently witnessed an exhilarating day of sportsmanship, talent, and unexpected outcomes as the school's boy's volleyball teams clashed in a series of matches. Seniors, Sophomores, Juniors, and Freshmen came together to showcase their skills and determination on the court. The results of the day's match ups left the school buzzing with excitement and offered valuable lessons about teamwork, perseverance, and the unpredictable nature of sports.

Le Grand Homecoming Lip Sync huge success

The annual Le Grand High School Homecoming Lip Sync was a big success with many students participating and cheering on. The Sophomores started things off before being followed by the Freshmen. The staff made a surprise appearance with 80s pop music, much to the delight of the students.
